Your Gateway to Fun
What is Airport Day ?
Airport Day is a community celebration launched by the Pitt Meadows Regional Airport in the early 2000s to welcome visitors and showcase everything the airport has to offer.
Held annually on the 3rd Saturday of June, Airport Day has grown into one of Pitt Meadows most anticipated family-friendly events. Visitors can enjoy an impressive static aircraft display, a variety of food trucks, a lively beer garden, live music, the Collective Market—featuring some of British Columbia's most talented artisans and small business owners—and a dedicated Kids Zone packed with fun activities for all ages.
What began as a small community open house continues to grow each year. Since its launch in the early 2000s, Airport Day has expanded from a simple opportunity to explore the airport into a full-scale community celebration, attracting thousands of visitors each year. With an ever-growing lineup of aircraft, live entertainment, local vendors, family activities, and community partners, Airport Day continues to showcase the vital role the airport plays while creating an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.
Whether you're an aviation enthusiast or simply looking for a great day out with family and friends, Airport Day offers something for everyone. Mark your calendars !

Yes! We love seeing your four-legged family members at Airport Day. Dogs are always welcome, and we've even had a few adventurous cats join us on a leash!
