Access Cards & AVOP Information

AVOP Gate Cards

  • Cost: $52.50 (valid for 5 years)

  • Please Note: All sales are final. No refunds are issued.

Replacement AVOP Cards

  • If your card is lost or damaged, a replacement card can be issued for a reactivation fee of $63.00.

Photo ID Cards

  • Required for all individuals accessing airside without an AVOP, including flight school students.

  • Cost: $10.50

AVOP-D Cards

  • Cost: $105.00 (includes gate card and driving exam)

Important: The issuance of AVOP-D cards is at the sole discretion of Pitt Meadows Airport. Approval is not guaranteed for all applicants.

General Aviation: $1,968.75
Commercial Aviation: $2,310.00

Single-Engine Aircraft: $21.00 per night

Twin-Engine Aircraft: $42.00 per night

Please Note: Long-term stays exceeding 7 days must be coordinated with YPK Administration prior to parking.

Customs

AOE-15 (24/7) / CAN PASS:

YPK is designated as an AOE/15(Airport of Entry) for general aviation (private or company) where flights are unscheduled and the number of non-paying travelers on each flight does not exceed 15 (inc. the crew). Canada Border Services Agency staff is available 24/7. Operators of the general aviation flights must obtain CBSA approval, in advance of their arrival, by contacting the CBSA’s Telephone Reporting Centre at 1-888-226-7277 to enter or return to Canada. We will continue to include the CANPASS services with the CBSA as previously serviced.

When arriving at YPK, please contact Ground 123.8MHz and notify them you are looking for CANPASS/ AOE 15 parking on Apron 1.
