The Society owns and operates the airport and, as a not-for-profit organization, reinvests all earnings back into YPK in order to improve the airport for the community.

    We’re ramping up for our annual AIRPORT DAY this June 21st 2025, from 11am-4:30pm.

  • YPK now listed as a designated AOE/15

    Looking to fly into or out of Canada?

    This designation (Airport of Entry) allows for clearing persons arriving by general aviation aircraft (private or company) where the flights are unscheduled and the number of non-paying travellers on each flight does not exceed 15 (including the crew).

    In straightforward terms, unscheduled general aviation / corporate / executive aircraft flights abiding by the conditions and requirements set forth by the CBSA can now fly directly into the Pitt Meadows Regional Airport from an approved international destination.
